the 3 most important men in my life right now; carlos, din n dave. carlos n din being my guitarin mentors, n dave grohl as my long term crush n inspiration. i juz had to name my esential guitarin fingers after them. lol~

recently i've been dubbed a geek by a wonderful fren of mine. and ges wat? i opened my yahu home page only to find the captions: nerd,geek or dork? whats the difference between them? lol~ this i had to see for meself...

nerd: people of above-average intelligence who place little importance on their appearance. They r often aware of their status, but they don't mind. In fact, many take pride in the putdown, as it means they're smart and not wrapped up in superficial worries.

geek [me]: Like nerds, geeks are smart, but they tend to focus more on technology. [techno girl? yesh, thts me] Geeks are the people you make fun of in high school and later work for as an adult. the former..? no. the latter, yesh! juz u wait...*evil meniacal laffter*

Dork: The biggest insult of d 3. There's no way you can spin it into something positive. After all, even the dictionary writes that dorks are "stupid" people. And to make matters worse, dorks assume they're cool. Oh, and they smell too. [like the person who dubbed me a geek..smelly...but u're not stewpid..juz smelly n think u're cool.]

conclusion: i have no prob being dubbed a geek. ^_^

being the tech geek tht i am, i think i need a fone wif a better sound system. i even had a dream abt it lat nite. therefore i must get 1. i'm pickin out songs for my nu playlist. but i have to consider wat d songs wud sound like when itz played on my phone. for eg; subterranean homesick alien wud really sound like a real homesick alien. i cant even play the artic monkeys coz they'd sound like a bunch of artic monkeys in the equatorial heat. man~!!

but i can only dream of changing my fone tho..bcoz,
1. itz still in gud condish.
2. i hav no money. i am stock broke n i hate it.

i'm savin up for an electric guitar rite now. i made an achievement by only spendin rm3.60 for lunch today. soo proud of myself~! ^_^ i'm cuttin down on the starbucks, n extra spendings on..erm..i dont rly know where my money goes... @_@ so i'll be writing down everything i spend on from now on. boredom can cause ur money to flow like water...
